I, Michinari Kono, received my M.M.G. (Master of Media and Governance) from Keio University, Graduate School of Media and Governance at Sep. 2014.

I am currently a project researcher at the University of Tokyo, Interfaculty Initiative in Information Studies, working with Jun Rekimoto.

In my M.M.G., I mainly worked in interaction design and media art. I have won several prizes and exhibited my works at Ars Electronica, ICC, etc.

At present, I am working on HCI (human-computer interaction).
My current interest is to explore various applications by applying electricity to the human body, and to make use of the unique electric characteristics of human. My work includes signal transmission, electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), and manipulation of human perception.
